We discuss the services needed and give you a quote

When you give us a call, or when you request a quote we will discuss what service you require and how we can help. We then provide you with a quote and a breakdown of what it includes.

Finally we will book you in with an agreed timeslot.

Step Two

We turn up on time, say hello and get cleaning

We are more than happy to move furniture; however, this needs to be discussed at the time of booking, as it will be at the operator’s discretion what they can move. Then we will begin cleaning with our environmentally friendly cleaning products which are safe for use around pets and family.

Work done. All sanitised, deodorised with added stain protection to make sure carpets smell fresh and look great!

Really great service and I'm very pleased with the result. I have porcelain tiles throughout my downstairs, a dog , cat and a busy household and they had become filthy over the 6 years since being fitted. Now , they look almost new, I will definitely be booking again. They also provided some great advice on how to keep them looking their best, moving forward. Thank you !

Gaynor and Julian were the last throw of the dice for my stair carpets and rugs. I had tried my vax on them with no success. After they had visited it was genuinely like I had new carpets again. Really Professional service, very little to no chemical odour after the clean and dry by the time I got home.

Amazing job! Gaynor and Julian were amazing and managed to completely get rid of vomit stains from the hallway carpet and refresh the bedroom carpet making it fresh and new again . Would highly recommend !

I’m so glad that I booked Zero Dry Time Exeter to clean carpets in my father’s house. Gaynor and Julian were great at communicating and arrived promptly at the agreed time. Gaynor and Julian explained the process and got to work cleaning the upstairs carpets and the awkward stairs due to a stair lift. The end result was a fantastically clean and incredibly dry carpet. Gaynor and Julian were very responsive, clear, helpful and really good people to consult. The floor looks almost as good as the day it was laid. Since it has had 16 years of hard labour that is much more than I expected. They are both really easy and lovely to have around and I highly recommend them and their work.

I contacted Gaynor some time ago to get an idea of cost for cleaning carpets. Really responsive and we booked a date and time.
We are so pleased with the results, we had considered we may want to change the carpets, but with a clean from Gaynor and Julian they are looking brand new - plenty of life left in them.
