HOW LONG WILL THE CLEAN TAKE?

It depends on how dirty your carpets are. We like to visit your home or office before we start work so we can assess properly and give you an honest opinion. We like to be able to offer you the best advice and explain how the work will be carried out.

THERE ARE QUITE A FEW STAINS, CAN YOU DEFINITLEY GET THEM OUT?

The products we use are multi-award winning leaders in their field. We don’t have a magic wand; however, we will do our utmost and are confident that if we can’t make them disappear, nobody can.

DO YOU USE A STAIN GUARD?

We add a stain protector to our cleaning products. However, We can protect your carpets and furniture with an upgraded stain guard before we leave to help prevent future stains.

WHAT IS THE DRYING TIME ?

When we say zero dry time – we actually mean zero drying time! You can use carpets as soon as we’re finished, but we recommend leaving between 30 and 50 minutes for upholstery.

WHAT ABOUT MOVING FURNITURE?

We are more than happy to move furniture; however, this needs to be discussed at the time of booking, as it will be at the operator’s discretion what they can move. We kindly ask you to remove ornaments, lamps, plants, and other breakable items before the operator’s arrival. All furniture will be returned to its original position immediately after cleaning, following the customer’s guidance.

YOU WILL NEVER NEED TO... ON CARPETS

Keep children, pets or husbands out of the room after cleaning! You won’t need to leave windows open or put the heating on to speed up the drying time.
