Really great service and I'm very pleased with the result. I have porcelain tiles throughout my downstairs, a dog , cat and a busy household and they had become filthy over the 6 years since being fitted. Gaynor and Julian were the last throw of the dice for my stair carpets and rugs. I had tried my vax on them with no success. After they had visited it was genuinely like I had new carpets again. Really Professional service, very little to no chemical odour after the clean and dry by the time I got home.

Amazing job! Gaynor and Julian were amazing and managed to completely get rid of vomit stains from the hallway carpet and refresh the bedroom carpet making it fresh and new again . Would highly recommend !

I’m so glad that I booked Zero Dry Time Exeter to clean carpets in my father’s house. Gaynor and Julian were great at communicating and arrived promptly at the agreed time. Gaynor and Julian explained the process and got to work cleaning the upstairs carpets and the awkward stairs due to a stair lift. The end result was a fantastically clean and incredibly dry carpet. Gaynor and Julian were very responsive, clear, helpful and really good people to consult. The floor looks almost as good as the day it was laid. Since it has had 16 years of hard labour that is much more than I expected. They are both really easy and lovely to have around and I highly recommend them and their work.Photos are before and after. I contacted Gaynor some time ago to get an idea of cost for cleaning carpets.
