What an amazing job Brad done. First of all it was easy to contact and book a time slot. Made him aware of situation with elderly gran need chair and carpets cleaned but as she has mobility issues the chair especially would have to be dry. Brad called prior to arriving just to confirm and was on time. He was kind, polite and I can’t not fault him. Great communication and gave clear expectations, did a super amazing job. Would highly recommend and will be booked to get my own carpets cleaned.

Brad is very punctual, great communication, amazing vibe and done one hell of a job, he cleaned the house of one of my clients, his services are very dementia friendly and pet friendly and the sofa and carpets are spotless. Brad arrived early, after ringing me to check it would be okay. He did a fantastic job on a beige, wool carpet, it looks perfect. He also cleaned my large wool rug, he even managed to remove an historic stain that has been there for years. I will be using Zerodry again, to clean various hidalgo houses. And yes, it really was dry!
