Zerodrytime have developed and offer industry leading training to get you up to speed quickly and efficiency, no previous knowledge is necessary, all backed up with online training via our ZDT Portal.

You will quickly accrue the skills necessary to not only provide domestic and commercial service, but a thriving business that grow and grow year on year.

ZDT Kick Start

It all starts with our Kick Start Program, a dedicated 2-day training to set you up for becoming a Zerodrytime franchisee, we cover the following aspects over these 2 initial days:

Take your pictures, order shirts, jacket, trousers.
Setup your dedicated 0800 number
Create your personalized marketing materials and send them to the printers
Organise your initial advertising and advertorial.
Setup your dedicated Zerodrytime email
Build your mini website
Start the search engine optimisation to build your profile
Train you the ZDT Portal and how to access the hundreds of videos and information
Go through the Operations Manual and give you things to-do prior to coming back for your 2 weeks in-house training.

You will get visibility of your initial training and launch program with homework to start your training.

Comprehensive Training Programme

You then embark on two weeks of intensive training covering all aspects of the franchise, systems, chemicals and marketing.

The 2-week course will consist of the following elements

Day 1

Classroom training to familiarise yourself with the machines and chemicals – close up training with extensive information on how they work, how to get the best from them and maintained to keep them running for years.

Day 2

Field training, Carpet cleaning domestic premises.

Day 3 – 5

Field training, Carpet cleaning, in both domestic and commercial premises.

Day 5 – 10

Field training, to include, soft furniture, leather and suede, both domestic and commercial.

Followed By

2 Day in house hard floor training. ( this approx 4-6 weeks after start day )

Covers all aspects of hard floors, ceramic tiles, porcelain, marble, stone etc

All vinyl's including Karndean and Amtico, your services are ideal for areas such as showers, changing rooms, jacuzzi's, conservatories, kitchens, toilets, office and shop fronted areas.
