Such a prompt response & proffesional, helpful advice after a friends thoughtful clean up with a hired carpet cleaner sadly left a wet, smelly carpet.Both Viv & Mark were so accommodating, down to earth & friendly, they were able to fit me in within days & Ryan, who was also so very lovely, has just left my living room carpet not only thankfully smelling gorgeous but looking like new, all without the dreaded dampness! Have used Zero Dry Time a few times, a friendly professional company. Haven't cleaned the carpets since new 3 Yrs ago in the holiday let, and they were looking tired.
