We discuss the services needed and give you a quote

When you give us a call, or when you request a quote we will discuss what service you require and how we can help. We then provide you with a quote and a breakdown of what it includes.

Finally we will book you in with an agreed timeslot.

STEP TWO

We turn up on time, say hello and get cleaning

We are more than happy to move furniture; however, this needs to be discussed at the time of booking, as it will be at the operator’s discretion what they can move. Then we will begin cleaning with our environmentally friendly cleaning products which are safe for use around pets and family.

I can’t bestow enough praise on this company. After an accident in my elderly mother’s house, there was significant staining to almost every carpet. Emma was understanding and managed to arrange an appointment the following day. Josh arrived as promised and was extremely courteous and helpful and went over and above what was expected. We have recently moved into a property where we were ready to buy a new living room carpet. I saw an advert for Zero Dry Time and thought we should give it a try. We were absolutely amazed at the results The operative, Josh, was amazing. He kept us informed on the processes he was undertaking and I really could not believe the results. I had never thought that I would be able to walk on the carpet, which was perfectly dry when Josh had finished. The cost of the work to clean all of the carpets in the house was less than it would have cost to replace the living room carpet alone. I had a recent visit from Zerodrytime to clean my carpets on first and second floor. I am absolutely impressed with the quality and service of this company. To start with the booking, such friendly staff and I had an offer that they were willing to hold on to it for me until some work will be done before they could come and clean. Then I booked a day and unfortunately had to rebook again as some work hadn’t been finished yet. I was a bit of a pain for them however, they were so nice kind and friendly to help me out. On the day Josh came and did an excellent job! Very professional and caring. So overall OUTSTANDING and would definitely recommend this company to people.
